Protecting the data entrusted to us is central to how Cubik Commercial operates. This summary describes the measures we take to keep the platform and your information secure.

Encryption

All traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and encrypted at rest.

Authentication & access

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. Access is role-based: introducer accounts can only reach their own quotes and the calculators, while administrative areas are restricted to approved staff. New introducer accounts require explicit administrator approval before they can sign in.

Infrastructure

The platform is hosted on managed, access-controlled cloud infrastructure with network isolation, automated backups and continuous availability monitoring.

Data minimisation & retention

We collect only the information needed to provide the service and retain it in line with our Privacy Policy and regulatory obligations.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us promptly and privately at hello@cubikcommercial.co.uk. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
